Great work at a great price. Had a post and wire fence installed, they managed to work around our garden and left the site neat and tidy.

Gave ESS a tricky task of removing fences and retaining on a rear strata lot that spanned multiple boundaries, and replacing with new limestone retaining on top of other minor site works. Their work was very well priced and of the highest standard. The neighbours that were disturbed during the work were very happy with the friendliness and professionalism of the guys, and also gave glowing praise of the end result.

We contracted Efficient Site Services to remove a dilapidated 270 m post and rail rural fence and replace it with a post and wire fence at the front of our property. It was quite a difficult job due to uneven ground and access only possible from one side. From the outset it was clear that this business was worth dealing with. They turned up on time when a quote was sought and presented very professionally. The quote was received promptly and was accepted even though it wasn't the cheapest we had; the materials they used and the specifications they suggested for the fence were well worth the extra. The work was carried out in the most extreme weather conditions (cold, wet and windy), but that did not deter them. The workers turned up promptly each morning and soldiered on through conditions that would keep many in today's workforce tucked up under the blankets. The finished fence is excellent and certainly meets our needs. Excessive rainfall during the construction period meant that our paddock (clay soil) turned into a quagmire with the machinery movement - this was unavoidable. ESS will be back to restore the ground when it has had time to dry out, and they even held back a significant portion of their tax invoice until this work has been completed. It is so good to see a business run in such a professional manner in these times of indifference where even getting a quote can be a battle. ESS is a well run enterprise and really deserves to prosper. We will certainly use them again for fencing, should we need to, as well as any other site services that they can assist us with. High quality work completed very efficiently at very fair prices. And they are very happy to liaise with trades such as an electrician and alarm installer during the process if required. We have no hesitation in recommending ESS. We will certainly use them again.
